Eat Tray Chic is a boutique catering business based in Portland, but with roots in the Bay Area. There, chef Torie Laurent prepared creative and show stopping bites for foodie clients in San Francisco from Bloomingdale’s to Yves st Laurent. ETC believes food is art, and should look as good as it tastes. That is why only top of the line meat and produce are used for their menus. We cater intimate dinners for eight ... up to cocktail and corporate events, and weddings for up to 300.
